I grew up on a small country farm in regional Australia, always knowing I was different — deeply driven, deeply sensitive, and unable to fit inside conventional boxes.

Later, understanding my autism and ADHD gave language to what I had always felt: differently built minds are often built for different kinds of impact.

Before success, I walked through profound pain — sexual abuse, identity collapse, and seasons where I questioned whether my life had meaning at all.

What changed everything was not a strategy. It was a decision made in the dark: to live for something greater than my pain, and to keep walking by faith before I had evidence the path existed.

By 22, I became CEO and helped build my family's property development business into a multi-8-figure, award-winning company in just three years.

From there, my work expanded globally. I studied under world-renowned leaders, became a 6x international bestselling author, spoke across 6 continents, was recognised by Forbes as The Illuminator, named Glamour's #1 Emerging Female Business Coach, and received the Emerging Leader of the Year award at the Women Changing the World Awards presented by the Duchess of York.

Yet through all of it, I kept meeting the same person: gifted, capable, accomplished — but internally disconnected from who they were truly called to be.

I knew that person because I had been them.

So I built The Illuminator Movement: a global platform devoted to helping entrepreneurs remove the internal distortion between who they are and who they were created to become — so they can build purpose-driven, profitable, and philanthropic lives from a place of true alignment.

Our work supports clean water initiatives, anti-sex trafficking efforts, mental health advocacy, and survivors reclaiming their voice, identity, and future.

This mission is not separate from the business. It is the reason for it.
